- Greet guests, present menus, take orders, explain dishes or specials, and ensure table satisfaction.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings, assign stations to junior servers or stewards, and check staff grooming and discipline.
- Bridge the gap between the dining room and the kitchen, manage food timing, and verify order accuracy.
- Act as the first point of contact for guest complaints and resolve issues quickly to keep customers happy.
- Check section cleanliness before service, oversee POS system entries, and handle final billing or payments
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
