Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, with experience in handling students, parents, enquiries, and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable educational programs and courses.
- Handle student enquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and direct communication.
- Understand student requirements and provide appropriate academic guidance.
- Achieve assigned admission and counselling targets.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.




- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements

- Previous experience as an Academic Counsellor / Education Counsellor.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong experience in student counselling and admission conversion.
- Smart, confident, and qualified personality.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Experience in the Education or EdTech sector will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
