We are looking for a Creative Head who can build holistic, multi-channel brand experiences. Role Overview As a Creative Head with 4 to 5 years of experience, you will be the architectural anchor of our integrated marketing campaigns. You will work across diverse channels to build cohesive brand stories that seamlessly translate from digital ad formats and social media to out-of-home (OOH), print, experiential, and video productions. You will craft the overarching creative strategy that unifies our multidisciplinary teams, ensures message consistency, and drives client business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- 360° Omnichannel Strategy: Develop cohesive creative strategies that seamlessly integrate across digital channels (social, search, programmatic) and experiential activations.
- Brief Development: Write and execute sharp, inspiring integrated creative
- Trend & Platform Expertise: Keep a finger on the pulse of evolving media landscapes, pop culture, consumer behavior, and emerging tech to ensure our clients stay ahead.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Brand Planner,



or integrated Account Planner within a 360 marketing or full-service advertising agency.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related creative discipline.
- Integrated Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating past multi-channel campaign strategies, consumer insights, and cross-platform creative blueprints.
- Analytical & Lateral Thinking: Equal parts analytical and imaginative—capable of evaluating media data while championing risky, breakthrough creative ideas.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling, copywriting overview, and client-facing presentation skills.
