ITSM Senior Developer - Job Description

1. Design and Deployment of BMC Remedy component

2. Experience in Incident/Change/problem management processes.

3. Experience in customization/workflow creation in remedy

4. Experience working with CMDB (Data structure and the jobs)

5. Working experience on AI spoon jobs

6. Strong Experience on the DWP & DWP catalog space

7. Strong Experience on Atrium Orchestrator tool

8. Experience in other integration methods (SOAP, REST)

9. Reasonable experience in Dashboard/Reports development using BMC Smart Reporting

10. Detail oriented and experience working in a production environment using change control practices, creating, and working under technical project plans and timelines.

11. Solid written and verbal communication skills are required.

12. Functions well in large-scale, complex, cross-functional / platform environment

13. Adaptability and willingness to learn.
