Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support the company's sales and business development activities for Transformers, CT (Current Transformer), PT (Potential Transformer), LT CT and other electrical equipment. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent customers and business opportunities.

- Promote and market the company's Transformers, CT, PT and LT CT products.

- Generate leads through market research, customer references, online platforms and industry contacts.

- Visit existing and potential customers to understand their requirements.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and follow up for repeat business.

- Prepare and share quotations, product information and commercial proposals with customers.

- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and payment status.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, PPC, Stores and Dispatch departments for customer requirements.

- Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.

- Maintain records of leads, enquiries, quotations, orders and customer interactions.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.

- Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, industrial visits and business development activities.





- Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.

- Prepare regular sales/marketing reports for management.

- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.

- Support management in developing new markets and expanding the customer base.

Required Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma / B.Com / BBA / MBA (Marketing) or equivalent.

- Candidates with an Electrical Engineering background will be preferred for technical marketing roles.

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development.

- Experience in Transformer, CT, PT, LT CT, Electrical Equipment or Switchgear industry will be an added advantage.

- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of electrical products and industrial sales.

- Good follow-up and convincing ability.

- Willingness to travel for customer visits.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.

Job Type

Full-time | On-site

Salary: As per candidate's qualification, experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
