We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our team. The role involves speaking with students and parents, understanding their educational requirements, explaining suitable courses and colleges, and supporting them throughout the admission process.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with telecalling, follow-ups, counselling, and convincing students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to students and parents using the leads and databases provided by the company.
- Understand the student's educational background, interests, and requirements.
- Explain relevant courses, colleges, eligibility, fees, and admission processes clearly.
- Handle student and parent queries confidently and build trust.
- Follow up regularly with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with students throughout the admission process.
- Attend college demos, education expos, seminars, and promotional events when required.
- Confidently explain courses and college opportunities to students and visitors during events.
- Work closely with the admissions and marketing team.

Requirements

- Experience in telecalling, admissions counselling, sales, or customer handling is preferred.
- Must be confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Ability to communicate clearly and convince students and parents.




- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Manageable Kannada & English communication skills are sufficient.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality and ability to speak with different types of students and parents.
- Comfortable attending education expos, college demos, seminars, and events.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and work towards admission targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and calling skills can also apply.
