We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Recruiters to join our growing team at our Jaipur branch.

Open Positions

- IT Recruiters – 20 Openings
- Sales Hiring Recruiters – 20 Openings

Experience Required

- Minimum 8 months to 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment
- Candidates must have experience specifically in IT Recruitment
- Candidates with only Non-IT recruitment experience are not eligible

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for various IT positions
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates
- Use job portals, databases, social media, and other sourcing platforms
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews




- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets

Required Skills

- Excellent knowledge of IT technologies and technical roles
- Robust understanding of the IT recruitment process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good candidate sourcing and screening abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Salary & Incentives

CTC: Up to ₹2,40,000 per annum
Incentives: Up to ₹1,50,000 per annum

Interview Process

- Virtual interview rounds

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
