About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT/Technical Recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the recruitment lifecycle while coordinating effectively with clients and candidates.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in the Staffing & Recruitment industry and take ownership of end-to-end IT hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job fit.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess suitability for various IT roles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, feedback, and hiring priorities.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and other candidate-related aspects.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closures and achieve assigned recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Handle multiple IT requirements simultaneously while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, skills, and job roles.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Good negotiation and client coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work under deadlines.
- Target-oriented, confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in a Staffing / Recruitment / Consultancy firm will be preferred.
- Candidates with solid client coordination and IT recruitment experience are highly preferred.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹16,142.62 - ₹40,167.17 per month
