JOB DESCRIPTION – DRIVER / PRO

Job Purpose

To support customers with vehicle pick-up and delivery, provide professional customer assistance, and support the Service Department in maintaining smooth customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles safely and on time.
- Maintain good communication and professional relationships with customers.
- Assist customers during vehicle reception and delivery when required.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding vehicle pick-up, delivery and service status.
- Support the Service Team in increasing vehicle inflow and customer retention.
- Handle customer vehicles responsibly and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety during transportation.
- Assist with customer follow-ups, service reminders and feedback collection.




- Ensure proper documentation during vehicle pick-up and delivery.
- Support other Service Department activities as assigned by the Service Manager.

Requirements

- Valid LMV Driving Licence with positive driving experience.
- Previous experience as an automobile/service-centre driver or PRO will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Polite, responsible and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle service procedures preferred.
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet assigned targets.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
