- Supervise and monitor mechanical installation and site execution work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure proper installation of HVAC, piping, ducting, equipment, pumps, chillers, and other mechanical systems.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and ensure work is executed as per project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor daily progress and prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other MEP teams to avoid site clashes and delays.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.




- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
- Check material requirements and coordinate with the purchase/store team for timely availability.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover of mechanical systems.
- Maintain proper site documentation, checklists, measurements, and work records.
- Support project engineers and management in achieving project timelines, quality, and cost targets.
