Opening for IT Engineer for Jewelex group at BKC location

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support / System Engineer to manage and support our IT infrastructure.

The candidate will be responsible for hardware, software, network troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
- Handle user support queries and resolve issues within defined timelines
- Manage and monitor network systems, LAN/WAN connectivity
- Assist in server administration (basic level preferred)
- Support backup management and data recovery processes
- Work on firewall configuration and security protocols (preferred)
- Provide support for AV systems and conferencing setups
- Coordinate with vendors for FMS (Facility Management Services)



and external support
- Maintain proper documentation of IT assets and issue logs

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows OS and basic server environments
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

- IT Hardware Certification (mandatory or preferred)
- Exposure to Firewall, Backup, Server Administration
- Experience in FMS support / AV systems is an added advantage

Education:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
