HIRING: YouTube Video Editor for a New Hindi Channel

I’m looking for a talented video editor based in India to edit videos for my new Hindi YouTube channel, Anand Decodes.

The channel will cover interesting topics, stories, society, business, India, current issues, and “why/how” explainers.

Requirements:

- Experience editing 8–10 minute YouTube videos
- Strong storytelling and pacing
- Good use of B-roll, images, screenshots, and relevant visuals
- Clean transitions and basic motion graphics
- Hindi/Hinglish understanding preferred
- Engaging editing without excessive effects
- Good communication and reliability

Payment:

Please share your expected rate for one 8–10 minute video. I’m looking for a reasonable per-video rate initially, with potential for long-term work as the channel grows.
