We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead people operations in a growing environmental consultancy. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, support project-based teams, and help build a strong, compliant workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development for technical and consulting roles
Manage employee relations, performance, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate HR records
Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR policies
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and employee engagement
Handle offboarding and exit processes
Requirements
Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
5+ years of HR experience (minimum 2 years in a managerial role)
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Experience supporting skilled services or consultancy environments preferred
Excellent communication, discretion, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with HRIS systems
Preferred
Experience in environmental, engineering, or technical consulting firms
