Position: Welfare Officer

Location: Nilakottai, Dindigul District

Qualification: MSW or MBA HR

Age: 28 to 35

Budget: 4.50 LPA

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Welfare Officer role
Robust knowledge of the POSH Act and core welfare activities
Marital Status: Married

Key Responsibilities:
#Ensure provision of essential amenities like canteen, rest shelters, drinking water, and sanitation
#Act as a liaison between workers and management to maintain harmonious industrial relations
#Address and escalate employee grievances for timely resolution
#Advise management on welfare policies including housing, health, and recreational facilities
#Promote awareness and compliance with the POSH Act and other statutory welfare obligations.
#Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
#Assist in leave management and guide workers on entitlements

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
