Job Responsibilities:

- Manage order processing for online marketplace orders (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Handle inventory management – stock updating, tracking, and maintaining records.
- Handle order packaging & dispatch to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate with courier partners and vendors for smooth operations.
- Maintain proper documentation related to orders, returns, and stock.
- Ensure products are packed neatly and as per brand guidelines.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in e-commerce operations, inventory, or warehouse management is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / basic computer operations.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Key outcomes:




- - Accurate and timely processing of all online orders.
- - On-time dispatch with minimal SLA breaches.
- - High inventory accuracy and proper stock tracking.
- - Error-free picking, packing, and dispatch.
- - Reduced wrong dispatches and packaging-related damages.
- - Timely handling and documentation of returns and RTOs.
- - Smooth coordination with courier partners and internal teams.
- - Proper adherence to warehouse and operational SOPs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
