Job Description: Fire Fighting Electrical Technician

Position: Fire Fighting Electrical Technician
Location: Goa
Employment Type: Full Time

We are looking for a skilled Fire Fighting Electrical Technician capable of installation, testing, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems associated with fire fighting and fire detection systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation, testing and commissioning of fire alarm and fire detection systems.
- Installation and maintenance of fire alarm control panels, smoke detectors, heat detectors, hooters, manual call points and associated equipment.
- Electrical installation and wiring of fire pumps, jockey pumps, control panels and related equipment.
- Cable laying, termination, dressing and troubleshooting of electrical circuits.
- Identification and repair of faults in fire alarm panels, detectors, field devices and associated wiring.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of fire fighting electrical systems.
- Testing of equipment and preparation of basic service and maintenance reports.
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings,



wiring diagrams and equipment manuals.
- Coordination with engineers, vendors and site representatives during installation and maintenance activities.
- Willingness to travel to project locations across India as required.

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or related technical trade.

Experience:

Candidates with practical experience in fire fighting, fire alarm, electrical installation or maintenance work will be preferred. Technicians with solid electrical maintenance experience and willingness to learn fire fighting systems may also apply.

Required Skills:

Hands-on electrical installation and repair skills, basic knowledge of testing instruments such as multimeter and insulation tester, ability to troubleshoot faults independently, and good understanding of electrical safety practices.

Candidates should be physically fit for field work and comfortable working at different project sites.

Pay: ₹10,400.50 - ₹15,444.88 per month
