Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Production Supervisor to oversee our daily molding operations, drive production efficiency, and maintain strict quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has deep expertise with all-electric injection molding machines (specifically Fanuc and JSW), exceptional polymer material knowledge, and solid leadership skills to uphold company policies and team discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Production & Process Management:
- Oversee daily shift operations, production schedules, machine utilization, and line efficiencies.
- Perform and oversee mold setups, process optimization, parameter adjustments, and troubleshooting on all-electric injection molding equipment.
- Maintain high product quality, minimizing scrap rates, downtime, and material waste.
- Technical Expertise & Equipment:
- Demonstrate hands-on mastery of all-electric Fanuc and JSW injection molding machines.
- Apply strong working knowledge of polymer and resin characteristics (e.g., drying temperatures, shrink rates, flow characteristics, blend ratios, and thermal degradation).
- Diagnose and resolve complex processing defects (e.g., sink marks, flash, short shots, warp, burn marks).
- Team Leadership & Discipline:
- Directly supervise, mentor, and evaluate machine operators, material handlers,



and setup technicians.
- Enforce company policies, attendance standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety regulations (OSHA/PPE).
- Handle employee relations, performance management, attendance tracking, and initial disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
- Conduct training for operators and technicians to build team capabilities and technical skills.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment.
- Machine Mastery: Direct experience operating, setting up, and troubleshooting Fanuc and JSW all-electric injection molding machines is required.
- Material Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of engineering and commodity resins, masterbatches, regrind ratios, and proper drying techniques.
- Leadership: Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills with a track record of maintaining team discipline and high morale.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; technical certifications (e.g., RJG Scientific Molding) or an Associate degree in Plastics Technology is a strong plus.

Pay: ₹10,928.47 - ₹40,685.47 per month
