Job Description

CCTech is looking for an Accountant to join the Finance team. This role is primarily focused on day-to-day bookkeeping, and is well suited to someone with hands-on experience using Zoho who is comfortable owning the books independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate,



up-to-date books of accounts and general ledger entries
- Record and reconcile day-to-day financial transactions in Zoho Books
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer invoices
- Support bank reconciliations and petty cash management
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Help prepare basic financial reports and statements for review by the Finance Manager
- Support GST/TDS documentation and other statutory compliance filings as needed
- Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation for audits

Requirements

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com or equivalent)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Hands-on working knowledge of Zoho (Zoho Books) is required
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and finance fundamentals
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in a fast-paced technology or engineering services company
- Familiarity with Indian statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF/ESIC basics)
