We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated tele-callers to join our team. The ideal candidate will reach potential students, promote our products/services, and assist with inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing Students.
- Provide information about services and answer queries.
- Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in our database.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve individual and team targets.
- Candidates should be open to take up multiple roles - including Application processing, Counseling, Documentation, etc - expanding scope for growth in multiple domains.
- Work from Home option is NOT available for this role.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- FRESHERS PREFERRED.



Candidates with Max 0 - 2 Yrs experience in tele-calling or customer service can also apply.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
