Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

Job Summary

Marvel Pathology Lab Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and responsible Phlebotomist to perform blood and other diagnostic sample collection from patients at the laboratory. The candidate should have good knowledge of sample collection procedures, patient handling, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect blood, urine, and other diagnostic samples as per laboratory requirements.

- Perform venipuncture safely and professionally.

- Handle patients politely and provide a comfortable sample collection experience.

- Properly label, identify, and store collected samples.

- Follow all laboratory hygiene, infection-control, and safety procedures.

- Ensure samples are transported to the laboratory within the required time.

- Maintain accurate records of collected samples.

- Handle collection equipment and maintain cleanliness of the collection area.

- Follow proper procedures for sample rejection, recollection, and documentation.

- Coordinate with laboratory staff, patients,



and home-collection teams when required.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Eligibility

- Qualification: DMLT / BMLT / Diploma or relevant qualification in Medical Laboratory Technology.

- Freshers can apply.

- Prior experience in phlebotomy or diagnostic laboratories will be an advantage.

- Good communication and patient-handling skills.

- Knowledge of basic laboratory safety and sample-handling procedures.
