We are hiring Service Engineer to join our team.

Job Location Trivandrum, Pattom

Job Role:

- Oversee maintenance and repair activities for solar PV systems to ensure optimal performance and provide technical
- support and troubleshooting for customers' solar-related queries.
- Conduct periodic inspections and ensure compliance with service quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and other operational documentation.
- Submit regular reports on Service performance, market conditions, and service operations to management.
- For BOM (Bill of Materials), promote and sell solar-related materials and other components.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate BOM solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain stock levels and meet customer demand
- Testing electrical systems, components, and installations for quality, performance, and safety.
- Assist in liaising with government authorities (such as electrical boards) for necessary clearances, certifications, and
- approvals.
- Maintain communication with regulatory bodies to ensure all installations and systems comply with local laws and
- standards.




- Support the preparation and submission of necessary documentation for compliance certifications.
- Provide technical support to clients and address concerns regarding system testing and performance.
- Provide accurate and timely information to management
- Develop a robust knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and technical staff, to ensure seamless service delivery and order fulfilment.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience required
- Willingness to travel for site visit and documentation.
- Driving License required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
