We are looking for a target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business for home loan products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting field visits, explaining loan products, handling customer queries, collecting required documents, and coordinating with the internal team until loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire recent customers for Home Loan and related financial products.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Identify potential customers through direct marketing, referrals, property dealers, builders, and other sources.
- Explain home loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
- Collect and verify required customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with the credit, operations, and verification teams for smooth processing.
- Follow up with customers from application submission through loan approval and disbursement.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, property agents, and other business partners.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer meetings, applications, and follow-ups.
- Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure proper follow-up and timely closure of leads.

Qualification & Experience

- Any Bachelor's degree / Diploma.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales, banking, NBFC, home loans, real estate, or financial services.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
