Role Overview:

Rahave Consultancy Services is looking for motivated, responsible and leadership-oriented candidates for its Team Leader Trainee Internship Program.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who want to learn team management and gain real-time experience in a Team Leader position. Selected interns will develop the practical skills required to become future corporate leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and guide assigned team members
- Allocate tasks and monitor daily progress
- Maintain regular communication with the team
- Conduct virtual meetings and follow-ups
- Support the team in achieving departmental goals
- Prepare performance and work-progress reports
- Assist management with daily team operations
- Promote teamwork, discipline and accountability




- Identify challenges and help resolve team-related issues
