Job Description

We are hiring Funnel Sales Executives with experience in the retail sales industry. Candidates must have prior experience selling Personal Loans or Credit Cards.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell Personal Loan and Credit Card products to prospective customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.

Required Skills

- Retail sales experience is mandatory.




- Prior experience in selling Personal Loans or Credit Cards is mandatory.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer handling and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Languages: English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Working Details

- Shift Window: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day
- Weekly Off: Rotational
- Joining: Immediate

Eligibility

- HSC / 12th pass or Graduate candidates can apply.
- 1–5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Retail industry experience is required.
- Personal Loan or Credit Card sales experience is required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
