About the Position

We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in bulk email marketing, lead generation, prospect research, data collection, email extraction, database management, and international market research.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working with multiple research, lead-generation, email-finding, and marketing tools and can efficiently handle large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Candidates with more than 1.5 year of relevant experience will be given priority, particularly those with strong practical knowledge of the tools and processes mentioned below.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing & Bulk Mailing

- Plan, prepare, execute, and manage bulk email marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and organize large email databases for targeted campaigns.
- Ensure proper segmentation, filtering, and organization of email data before campaigns.
- Monitor campaign-related data and maintain accurate records.

Lead Generation & Data Research

- Research and collect relevant domains, companies, businesses, and prospects using various online platforms and research tools.
- Use Semrush, SpyFu, and similar platforms for domain research and market discovery.
- Conduct detailed manual research through Google Search, Google Business Profiles (GMB), Google Images, and other relevant online sources.
- Identify potential businesses and prospects based on industry, location, keywords, company type, and other specific criteria.
- Conduct prospect research using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

International Market Research

- Perform keyword and market research according to current trends and business requirements.
- Identify relevant prospects and businesses across international markets, including:
- USA, UK, Australia, China, Singapore, Japan, Russia, Puerto Rico, UAE
- , and other target markets.
- Understand how search trends, industries, and business categories vary across different countries and markets. Email Extraction & Data Enrichment
- Extract email IDs and relevant contact information from collected domains and prospect databases.
- Utilize different email-finding, email-extraction, and contact-enrichment tools.
- Clean, organize, filter, and validate collected data before adding it to marketing databases.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy while handling large datasets.

SMS & WhatsApp Marketing





- Execute and manage SMS bulk marketing campaigns.
- Support WhatsApp marketing and bulk communication activities.
- Maintain and organize contact databases for SMS and WhatsApp campaigns.

Data & Reporting

- Maintain organized databases, lead lists, campaign records, and research reports.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word effectively for data management and reporting.
- Handle large volumes of information while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Complete assigned research and data-related tasks within specified timelines.

Data Extraction & Management

- Email extraction and email-finding tools
- Domain filtering

Experience & Eligibility

Minimum Experience: 1 year in a relevant field.

Candidates with experience in Email Marketing, Lead Generation, Data Research, Web Research, Business Data Collection, Email Extraction, Prospecting, or Digital Marketing are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience will receive priority consideration, especially those who have strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, Lusha, Snov, Cognism, Clay, Semrush, SpyFu, bulk mailing, and international market research.

Compensation & Working Hours

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Salary will be determined based on experience, practical knowledge, technical skills, and overall suitability for the position.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Paid Holidays: 2nd Saturday & 4th Saturday
