Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and help the organization attract and hire the right talent. The candidate should have strong communication skills, good sourcing abilities, and the confidence to interact with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.




- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database, recruitment tracker, and hiring reports.
- Negotiate salaries, discuss job offers, and coordinate the joining process with selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
