Job Summary

HiringLabs Business Solutions is looking for a passionate and target-driven HR Recruiter with 1-2 years of recruitment experience. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Handle offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Solid screening and interviewing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment is preferred
