Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Designer who will support the design team as well as assist in day-to-day office and coordination activities. The role requires a person who is organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn both design work and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior designers with basic design tasks, drawings, and revisions
- Prepare and manage design files, documentation, and records
- Coordinate with vendors, production teams, and internal departments
- Assist in preparing quotations, BOQs, and basic measurements
- Handle routine office-related work linked to design projects
- Track project status and follow up on pending tasks
- Support material samples, approvals, and site-related coordination




- Ensure proper filing and documentation of design and project data

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma / Degree in Design (Interior / Furniture / Product / Graphic or related field)
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Willingness to handle both design and office responsibilities
- Good communication skills and professional attitude
