We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Interior Design Coordinator to coordinate between the design team, clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure that projects are executed smoothly from design development through completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, site engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Manage and track design deliverables, drawings, material selections, and project schedules.
- Review drawings and ensure that design intent is clearly communicated to the execution team.
- Coordinate 2D drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Follow up with vendors and contractors regarding quotations, material availability, production, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution and identify design or coordination issues.




- Coordinate with the site team to resolve discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.
- Assist in maintaining project timelines and ensuring timely completion of design and execution activities..
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and site instructions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior design coordination or project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of interior design and execution processes.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior products.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, 3D software, or other design tools is an advantage.
