Job Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our Calicut team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents, explaining our educational programs, generating leads, handling enquiries, and following up with interested prospects to support admissions and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from assigned leads.
- Explain Catalyst Education's courses, programs, benefits, and admission process.
- Understand student requirements and provide relevant course information.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through regular calls.
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Schedule counselling sessions and appointments for interested students.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects until the enquiry is converted or closed.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.




- Coordinate with Academic Counsellors and the Sales Team for qualified leads.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred.
- Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or EdTech is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Malayalam communication is essential; English communication is an added advantage.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under sales targets and handle rejection positively.
