Sorin Spa Salon is a reputed premium salon, spa and wellness destination located on Linking Road, Bandra West. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Centre Manager who can independently manage centre operations, drive business growth and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Candidate should have knowledge on beauty , salon, spa and dept understanding on sales

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the salon and spa.

Achieve monthly revenue, service and product-sales targets.

Lead, motivate and monitor hairstylists, beauty therapists, spa therapists and front-desk staff.

Drive upselling, cross-selling, memberships and guest retention.

Handle appointments, enquiries, follow-ups and guest concerns professionally.

Build strong relationships with existing members and high-value guests.

Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming and discipline.

Ensure premium hospitality, hygiene and service standards throughout the centre.

Plan local marketing activities, corporate tie-ups and collaborations.

Maintain daily sales reports, stock records, petty-cash vouchers and operational reports.





Coordinate with senior management and submit regular performance updates.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a reputed salon, spa, wellness or luxury hospitality brand.

Solid experience in sales, team management and customer relationship management.

Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and improve centre performance.

Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Well-groomed, confident, disciplined and guest-focused.

Comfortable working with targets and taking complete ownership of the centre.

Candidates with an existing client network in Bandra or Mumbai will be preferred.
