- Salary Budget: ₹40,000 – ₹42,000 per month
- Joining: By 1st Sept
- Kitchens to Manage: 8-10 Kitchens
- Responsibilities:
- End-to-end operations management across all assigned kitchens
- Inventory management and stock accuracy
- Staff hiring, onboarding, and training
- Driving zero operational errors and no wrong order deliveries
- Training teams on managing multi-LAN operations and ensuring seamless kitchen coordination
- Working from kitchens and flexible with working hours
