Project description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Delivery Manager with deep expertise in FM Asset Class (Options , Fix Income , Equities) for a critical Trade Surveillance project built on Q KDB and Python / Pyspark

Responsibilities

Coordinating with stakeholders from various project teams in Financial Markets, agree timelines and funding, manage all governance requirements in close collaboration with technical development manager

Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules

Document Actions from the workshops and assist with the tracking of the deliverables.

Prepare Gap Analysis, Business Requirements Documents and Project Approval Requests

Work closely with SME experts in various areas of the business gaining an understanding of their processes.

Document and raise any Risks and Issues to the Product Owners, Business owners and Program Management.

Take part in project testing cycles and assist with the preparation of test packs.

Understand the functionalities of the current systems and process, and come up with requirements for system/process improvements.





Mentor & guide Python developers & automation engineers in building world class products

Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers

Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineers

Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the plan

RAID management of project

Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery quality

Skills

Must have

10+ years of overall experience as Delivery Manager or Lead Business Analyst

Must have experience as a Business Analyst in FM Asset Class (Options , Fix Income , Equities etc) and Trade Life Cycle

Some technical background in analyzing or reviewing code changes

Solid people and stakeholder management experience

Past Experience in Managing a team of 30+ developers ,BA and automation engineers

Nice to have

Experience to trade surveillance or any other Banking / Compliance domains
