Job Description:

- Monitor application & database transaction logs and performance metrics to ensure seamless functioning of the UPI system.
- Candidate 24/7 availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Address queries and resolve issues raised by bankers regarding daily UPI operations (handling over 100+ emails, AMRC portal requests, and MIS reports).
- Attend and respond to calls from ITD, Product Team, Business Team, NPCI, APM, and TPA.

Generation of MIS:

- Daily MIS: Generate UPI transaction reports for the previous day and circulate them via email to the internal group.
- Monthly Analytics/Dashboard: Prepare and maintain monthly analytics and dashboards for UPI application performance.
- Merchant Data: Share merchant transaction details and other merchant-related data with the Product Team.
- Regulatory Reporting: Generate RBI tranche data as required.
- Ad-hoc MIS: Provide additional MIS reports as requested by ITD and Product Team.

Additional Responsibilities:





- Purging Application Log and moved into Backup mount point of all 24 servers afterward Backup team start/ take the backup.
- Participating in DR Drill activity or Planned/unplanned activities.
- Involving in and close Application Security (AppSec), Vulnerability Assessment (VA), and audit points, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Respond to queries via mails/Calls for taking followup of CRFs with respective team like product team, ITD, Infra team and Internal IIL team.

Skills Required:

- Preferably with min 2-3 years of experience in UPI App support.
- Knowledge on Linux command, NGINX.
- Oracle/SQL, PLSQL Knowledge.
- Knowledge of Core Java.
- Analytical and Cutting-edge thinking.

Educational Qualification:

BSc.IT / BCA / MCA / B.E.-IT / BTech Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering
