LIAISONING OFFICER
Opera Shopping Complex ( COMMERCIAL)
We are looking for an experienced Liaisoning Officer with robust communication, networking and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new brands, retailers, restaurants, and corporate businesses for leasing
- Connect with brand expansion teams, decision-makers, and corporate offices
- Generate leads and arrange meetings/site visits
- Present Opera Commercial and its commercial opportunities to prospective brands
- Follow up with brands and maintain regular communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand representatives, brokers, and channel partners
- Coordinate negotiations and leasing discussions with management
- Maintain a database of approached brands, leads, meetings, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly targets for brand approach, meetings, and conversions
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
