JOB DESCRIPTION – RESTAURANT CAPTAIN

Position: Restaurant Captain
Department: Food & Beverage – Service
Location: Mulund
Salary: ₹ 17,000 - 22,000

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations.
- Lead and guide stewards and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely food and beverage service.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, hygiene, and table presentation.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for efficient service.
- Monitor table sections, billing, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Train and support junior service staff as required.

Requirements





- Previous experience as a Captain/Senior Steward in a restaurant or fine-dining setup.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Solid knowledge of restaurant service procedures.
- Ability to lead a team and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
