Job Summary

We are looking for an Import & Export Intern to support our international business and trade operations. The role will provide practical exposure to import and export documentation, coordination, communication, and day-to-day international business activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with import and export documentation and record maintenance.
- Support the team in coordinating with clients, suppliers, and other business partners.
- Assist with follow-ups related to international business transactions.
- Support preparation and maintenance of trade-related documents and records.
- Assist with basic coordination of shipments and logistics activities.
- Communicate with internal teams regarding documentation and operational requirements.
- Support day-to-day activities related to international trade operations.
- Learn and assist with applicable import and export procedures.





Candidate Requirements

- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good documentation and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Basic understanding of import and export procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn international business and trade operations.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with a team.
