We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our automobile dealership. The CRE will be responsible for maintaining robust customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and after-sales journey.

- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Schedule vehicle test drives, service appointments, and customer visits.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Finance teams to resolve customer requirements.
- Update customer information, follow-up status, and interactions in the CRM/DMS system.




- Conduct customer satisfaction calls and collect feedback.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers after vehicle delivery to ensure satisfaction.
- Inform customers about new vehicle models, offers, promotions, service schedules, and other dealership activities.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular customer follow-up reports.
- Support the dealership in achieving customer satisfaction and retention targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
