We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join Cliniqon RCM Pvt. Ltd. at our CSEZ, Kochi office. The ideal candidate should have solid troubleshooting and communication skills, with hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, user account management, system configuration, and API setup. The candidate should be capable of handling IT requests, resolving basic technical issues, and escalating complex issues appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for all IT requests and incidents.
- Categorize tickets received through Teams, email, phone, and official WhatsApp.
- Perform initial triage, acknowledge requests, and resolve common/basic IT issues such as password resets, account unlocks, and email synchronization issues.
- Perform initial-level root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Implement appropriate fixes and validate service restoration.




- Provide support for service requests involving system configuration and setup.
- Provide regular updates to end users until the issue is resolved or escalated.
- Ensure proper documentation and ticket updates for all assigned requests.

Key Accountabilities:

- Ensure all IT requests and incidents are properly logged and tracked.
- Acknowledge and respond to tickets within the defined SLA timelines.
- Take ownership of assigned tickets and ensure timely follow-up.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate senior IT resource.
- Maintain proper communication and handover for pending issues.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
