About the Role

Subishi Engineers is seeking an energetic, goal-oriented Site Sales Executive to join our project team in Kompally. In this role, you will be the face of our premium residential apartments and luxury villa projects. You will interact directly with prospective buyers, deliver compelling project pitches, conduct site tours, and drive bookings to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion: Warmly welcome and engage all walk-in prospects at the site office.
- Pre-Sales Coordination: Work closely with the Pre-Sales team to align scheduled site visits, track lead flow, and follow up promptly with potential buyers.
- Site Tours & Pitching: Conduct detailed site visits, explaining project layout, unit plans, amenities, construction quality, and pricing structure.
- Sales Closing: Negotiate effectively, address customer queries or concerns, and close sales deals to meet target quotas.
- Relationship Management:



Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM and nurture leads through consistent, professional follow-ups until booking.
- Market Insight: Keep updated on competitor projects, pricing, and general real estate trends around the Kompally micro-market.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on sales experience in residential real estate (apartments/villas).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in both Telugu and English.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, customer engagement, and interpersonal closing skills.
- Presence: Professional attire, confident presentation, and a client-first attitude suitable for a high-value site office environment.
