Role Overview

BrainyDX Technologies is looking for a Client Services Executive who is confident in client

communication, coordination, and relationship management. The role involves working with

multiple clients and collaborating closely with internal creative, marketing, and project teams

to ensure smooth and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage client calls, meetings, emails, WhatsApp communication, and regular follow-ups.

 Understand client briefs, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

 Coordinate with Creative, Design, Marketing, Production, and Project teams.

 Manage client feedback, approvals, content, and project updates.

 Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders wherever required.

 Support event planning, branding, booth/stall requirements, and on-ground execution when

needed.

 Manage multiple clients and projects while maintaining clear communication and priorities.

 Build robust, positive, and professional client relationships.

 Proactively identify challenges and work collaboratively with the team to resolve them.

Required Skills





 1 year of experience in Client Servicing, Client Coordination, Account Management, or a

similar role.

 Preferred: Experience in an event company, event agency, or handling event-based clients.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Confident in client calling, meetings, coordination, and follow-ups.

 Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

 Client-focused, proactive, approachable, and solution-oriented.

 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.

 Willingness to travel for client meetings/events when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
