Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily packing activities as per the production plan.
- Manage packing of different SKUs, including assortment packs and single packs.
- Ensure the right SKU, pack size, quantity and materials are used as per the approved BOM.
- Check batch coding, manufacturing/expiry dates, labels and packaging material before starting production.
- Monitor the packing line to achieve daily production targets and maintain good line efficiency.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Warehouse and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production.
- Ensure all required packaging materials are available before starting the line and control material wastage.
- Maintain daily production records, BMRs, shift reports and other required documents.
- Ensure the team follows SOPs, GMP, 5S, safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage manpower on the packing line and ensure proper deployment for smooth operations.




- Support line changeovers and ensure the first batch is packed correctly before starting regular production.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the Maintenance team to reduce downtime.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day packing issues and escalate major problems to the Production Manager.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the packing floor and ensure protected working practices.
- Manage and supervise approximately 35–45 people in a single shift.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, productivity and minimum wastage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
