Healstrong Private Limited is a pharmaceutical and nutraceutical company based in Rohtak, Haryana. We work with healthcare products and business clients and are building a sales team focused on consistent follow-up and strong customer relationships.

We’re looking for a Sales Lead Reactivation Intern to help our sales team reconnect with clients and prospects who have previously shown interest in Healstrong but have not been responding to our follow-ups for an extended period.

This is a focused telecalling role. Your primary job will be to reconnect with these existing leads, confirm their interest, and transfer the call to the respective sales executive when the client responds positively.

What You’ll Do-

- Call existing warm leads and previously interested clients from the company’s database.
- Reconnect with clients who have stopped responding to calls or follow-ups.
- Introduce yourself and Healstrong professionally when making the call.
- Check whether the client is still interested in discussing our products or business opportunity.
- Identify clients who are responsive or interested in continuing the conversation.
- Transfer interested/connected clients to the respective sales executive* for further discussion.
- Maintain basic records of call attempts and responses.
- Update the team regarding clients who could not be reached, declined, or showed renewed interest.
- Follow the calling process and instructions provided by the sales team.
- Maintain professional and polite communication throughout every call.

What You Will NOT Be Expected to Do-





- You will not be expected to independently close sales or negotiate with clients.
- Your primary responsibility is to reconnect with existing leads and get the right client connected with the right sales executive.

Who We’re Looking For-

- Students, freshers, or recent graduates interested in sales, tele calling, customer communication, or business development.
- Good verbal communication skills in *Hindi and English*.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Confident, polite, and patient while handling calls.
- Willingness to make repeated follow-up calls without losing consistency.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain simple call records.
- Candidates who can commit to the complete 2-month internship.
- Students pursuing BBA, B.Com, MBA, or other relevant courses are encouraged to apply. Candidates from other backgrounds with good communication skills may also be considered.

Internship Details-

- Position: Tele calling
- Duration: 2 months
- Work Mode: On-site
- Working Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- Minimum Attendance: 3 days per week, on alternate days
- Stipend: ₹3,000 total for the complete 2-month internship
- Certificate: Certificate provided upon successful completion

Shift Timings-





The internship operates in two shifts:

- Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Candidates will attend *three days per week on alternate days*, with shifts scheduled as follows:

- Monday: Morning Shift — 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Wednesday: Afternoon Shift — 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM
- Friday: Morning Shift — 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

The shift schedule may follow the same alternating pattern throughout the internship based on the company's requirements.

Full-Time Prospect-

- Candidates who perform exceptionally well during the internship may be considered for a full-time position with Healstrong Private Limited* after completion.
- Full-time selection will be based on factors such as communication skills, consistency, attendance, ability to handle calls professionally, and overall performance during the internship.
