Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities related to books, STEM kits, logistics, and revenue collections for our school programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage school-wise requirements, inventory, dispatch, and delivery of books and STEM kits.
- Coordinate with vendors, courier/logistics partners, and schools to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track shipments, inventory, returns, replacements, and other operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and trackers for books, kits, logistics, billing, and outstanding payments.
- Follow up with schools for pending payments and revenue collections.
- Coordinate with internal Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve operational and payment-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain regular MIS and operational reports.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely closure of pending tasks.
Required Skills
- Positive working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable communicating directly with schools, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive approach with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, collections, or a similar role.
- Experience in the education/school ecosystem will be an added advantage.
