WE ARE HIRING | CREDIT CONTROL MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

- Manage credit control and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and monitor credit risk.
- Conduct monthly customer account reconciliation.
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare ageing, collection, MIS, and performance reports for management.
- Monitor collection targets and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Operations, and customers on payment-related matters.
- Handle and coordinate legal activities related to debtors and debt recovery.
- Recommend strategies to improve credit control and collection efficiency.

Candidate Profile





3–5 years of relevant experience in Credit Control / Receivables / Collections.
Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of reconciliation, ageing analysis, and collections.
Valuable communication, negotiation, follow-up, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Experience handling legal recovery matters will be an added advantage.
