We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Nursing Supervisor to lead our nursing team, oversee clinical operations, and ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day nursing operations and patient care activities.

- Monitor compliance with clinical protocols, quality standards, and organizational policies.

- Guide, mentor, and support nurses and caregivers in delivering high-quality patient care.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nursing staff.

- Develop and implement action plans to improve patient outcomes and staff performance.

- Review patient care plans and ensure their appropriate implementation.

- Monitor patient conditions and ensure timely reporting of significant changes.

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, records, and reports.

- Coordinate effectively with doctors, patients, families, nurses, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.

- Conduct clinical audits, quality checks, and field supervision visits as required.

- Ensure adherence to infection prevention and control practices and patient safety standards.





- Identify operational and clinical challenges and take appropriate corrective actions.

- Support the training and development of nursing and caregiving teams.

Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM

- Experience: 7–10 years of relevant nursing experience.

- Experience in home healthcare, hospital nursing supervision, or clinical coordination will be an advantage.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Good clinical knowledge and patient-care expertise.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
