About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Social Media Intern to join the Founder’s Office and work closely with the leadership team on building and strengthening Spherox Learning’s digital presence.

This is not a routine social media internship limited to posting content. You will get the opportunity to think, create, experiment, and execute across content, social media, branding, and digital growth.

You will work on real projects and gain practical experience in how social media contributes to building a growing organization.

What You'll Work On

- Develop creative content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars.
- Pitch in content for reels, carousels, stories, posts, and other short-form content.
- Write captions, hooks, CTAs, and social media copy.
- Research social media trends, content formats, and emerging opportunities.
- Assist in developing social media campaigns and content strategies.
- Monitor audience engagement and content performance.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and digital identity.
- Work closely with the Founder’s Office and creative/marketing teams.
- Take ownership of assigned content projects from idea to execution.

- Basic understanding of social media analytics.
- A personal social media profile or portfolio.
