About the Company

We are a plumbing contracting company engaged in plumbing installation, water supply, drainage, and related plumbing works for residential, commercial, and construction projects. We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Plumbing Site Supervisor to join our team and take charge of day-to-day site activities, work execution, measurements, billing support, and client coordination.

Position: Plumbing Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day plumbing work at construction sites.
- Coordinate plumbers, helpers, subcontractors, and other site workers.
- Ensure plumbing work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and site requirements.
- Check pipe routing, installation, fittings, drainage, water supply, testing, and finishing work.
- Take accurate site measurements and maintain records for billing and quantity verification.
- Assist in preparing running bills, measurement sheets, and work completion details.
- Monitor material requirements at site and coordinate with the office for timely procurement.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and other agencies regarding site work and requirements.




- Handle day-to-day site-related issues and provide proper updates to management and clients.
- Identify additional/variation work and report it for proper approval and billing.
- Monitor daily progress, manpower, material usage, and pending works.
- Ensure good workmanship, proper housekeeping, and compliance with site safety requirements.

Requirements:

- ITI/Diploma in Plumbing or relevant site experience.
- Practical knowledge of plumbing installation and construction-site activities.
- Ability to understand basic plumbing drawings, BOQs, and measurements.
- Basic knowledge of billing and quantity calculations.
- Positive communication and client coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and complete work within required timelines.
- Previous experience as a Plumbing Site Supervisor will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Relevant plumbing/site experience preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
