Job Title: Continental CDP Chef (Pizza Specialist) — Mysuru Position: Chef de Partie – Continental Cuisine Location: Mysuru, Karnataka Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role, with hands-on pizza-making expertise (dough prep, stone/deck oven or wood-fired oven handling) Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present Continental dishes to standard recipes and portion sizes Handle pizza station: dough preparation, proofing, topping, and baking Maintain quality, consistency, and hygiene standards in the kitchen Coordinate with Sous Chef/Head Chef on daily prep and menu execution Manage stock, wastage control, and station cleanliness Requirements: BHM&Certification; in Culinary Arts preferred Prior experience in a hotel, restaurant, or pizzeria kitchen Familiarity with Italian/Continental cooking techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace Flexible with shifts Salary: As per industry standards / negotiable based on experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
