Overview:

We are looking for a talented and driven Architect to join our innovative team. As an Architect, you will be involved in all phases of design and construction, collaborating with cross-functional teams, consultants, and clients to bring projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and contribute to the development of architectural designs from concept through detailed design and execution.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to define project requirements and design objectives.
- Prepare and coordinate detailed drawings, 3D models, and construction documentation using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Ensure design compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Conduct site visits and evaluations to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Participate in client presentations and design reviews, effectively communicating design intent and progress.




- Manage project documentation and maintain organized records throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 3-4 years of professional experience in a recognized architectural practice.
- Strong command of design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Thorough understanding of architectural design principles, detailing, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with an eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proficiency in 3D rendering tools such as Lumion, Enscape, or similar.
- Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices.
- Familiarity with local building bylaws and approval processes.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of academic and professional design work.
- Experience in Interior Designing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
